Shaw Academy and Paypal

I have been scammed by Shaw Academy to the value of £48!! I too signed up to a free 28 day trial, cancelled within the 28 days and received an email from Shaw confirming cancellation and advising no funds would be taken. Now, 2 months later they have taken a payment via PayPal. Complained to both parties and no-one is interested in helping! Do NOT have any dealings with unscrupulous Shaw Academy! Still not resolved!!!

Sorry to hear that.
They did the same thing to me but as I was with American Express it got sorted out.
Paypal do not seem to care about their customers being scammed and so you may want to consider whether you move your custom somewhere else0
