Lifetime ISA & Mortgage deposit

I'm looking for a little help on the Lifetime ISA which can be used as for a mortage deposit. I'm looking to open one however i'm unsure of the process of using it for a deposit. Can I fund my mortgage deposit from different sources for example my ISA and from my savings? E.G. £5k from the ISA and £5k from my savings account, can i put those together to say I have £10k deposit or can i only use the money from 1 source either ISA or savings?
