how do i change the names on cinema tickets??0
-
to change the name you have to go into edit details on your film first account change the name on there and then go back to the email it will automatically then change.0
-
or according to the FAQ on seefilmfirst website. "If you want to change the name on your ticket, please send the name of the person that will be using the ticket to changeofname@seefilmfirst.com"
thanks to joannedaniels30 on FMUK for finding that one!:)0 -
Wow, one code for "21" that covers 38 cinemas! That's got to be a record. We are standing now at 10 codes for "21" and 15 codes for "In Bruges".
And yet I still haven't managed to get any tickets to either of them, at any of my cinemas - inc DD away at uni - and I don't suppose I am the only one.
I tried ALL the codes again last night, and nothing available.
All the codes for Momentum came up as this code no longer valid, or words to that effect
Thanks for everyone who does post codes. I very rarely get an email from SFF etc, and they are always "last minute" ones - ie screening that night, and screenings are always full by then !! , so I think they must have me down as low priority :rolleyes:0 -
The secret really is to be around when the codes are posted. Code number 16 has been posted for In Bruges not long ago, and when the Momentum codes where originally posted, there was availability. People then post the same codes again three days later, when an official email comes through or they find it somewhere else, which leads to disappointed "this code is no longer available" posts.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

Hi, first post...
I got 2 tickets through ssf to see 21 at Edinburgh Vue Omniplex on 7/4 at 630, but then I got tickets to a cinema closer by and emailed the icantgo@seefilmfirst.com to say that I no longer needed the first tickets. That was a few days ago but I just got an email to remind me that I was going to a screening of 21 at the Edinburgh Vue Omniplex... so I'm guessing they didn't get my 'i can't go' email? Would anyone like the tickets? I don't want anyone to miss out.0 -

I have an e-ticket for the friday night project which is up to
4 people which I am happy to give to anyone. It is for Thursday 10th April for 6.30pm recording but you really have to be there alot earlier. I personally love to go but my friends are up to other things or working. It is very hard to get these tickets. I phoned the company to say I cannot go but he told me to pass it on. It says on the ticket ID required but that is only to prove you are over 18.
so if anyone wants them please pm me.
Ticket gone to Yeovilfc0 -
I never bother contacting see film first because they are always rubbish automated responses it's a bit like pulling teeth, the last time i queried them on a film that didn't have a certificate on that they were sending out tickets for they didn't even reply to me until after the screening had finished total waste of time.0
