I have just been trying to register for the Film Factory but no matter what member name I give it keeps telling me that it is already taken. I've just tried putting in very obscure stuff and am still getting that message - anyone else had this problem and any ideas on what to do about it?

Everytime i go on to the codes page waiting for a code for In Bruges for Cardiff someone keeps posting the same one which is 796121 is there any chance they could stop doing this i've seen this code at least 5 times in the last couple of days.

It doesn't look like you will need a promo code, you just log into your account.

The drop downs still don't work to allow you to select a cinema and time though.

How stupid am I?
got there 15 mins early, saw film had already started, and I couldn't see a bloody thing. Practically sat on some small child...
When I came out, was well stroppy as I had obviously missed about half the film. Came home, filled in my feedback, complaining it had started early and I hadn't received any email amending time I had been given.
Then realised
The clocks went forward last night...:eek:
so apologies to mother of small child, and anyone else I disturbed shuffling into seat at Dundee Odeon 45 minutes late!:rotfl:
