Hi All,
We Arelooking to Re-Mortgage and take some equity out of our house to pay off some other bills. Thes Best i have found for our ioint salary of £44040 is Abbey as they offer 4.2 x joint salary and a fixed rate of 4.99% for 5 years.
I think Abbey are the most generous with Income Multiplier anyone know any different ? Or seen anything better ? don`t mind fixing for upto 10 Years
Thanks

There are cheaper rates, but if you need high multiples these seem to be the ones to go for.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
