Office shoes
I would be very grateful of any advice.
I purchased several pairs of shoes online in the sale from Office shoes as I am between sizes. After paying, I wondered what the returns policy was (Lesson learnt - always do this first!) to find that as the items are in the sale, you can only have an exchange or credit note within 14 days. Their website then mentions about being able to make changes/cancel an order. However, on my confirmation email, making changes to the order is not an option at this time. I have just tweeted them and they have said that I am unable to cancel this order as the goods have been received apart from one which is out for delivery today. They have told me to refuse the parcel from the courier.
Does this go against my statutory rights?
Nowhere on their website when viewing sale items or making a purchase does it state anything about their returns policy. You literally have to hunt for it!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

It is always advisable to read terms and conditions first. On their first page: https://www.office.co.uk/view/content/returnsinfo-page
The same as posting on forums such asSpotted a local bargain? Let local MoneySavers know!
As they have advised you refuse delivery? The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0
