Hi
I'm looking for a super snazzy bean to cup coffee machine that has a self cleaning function and is NOT any sort of pod machine. Ideally it should make a variety of coffees including americano, expresso and foam/steamed milk options and have a strength selection. I would love it to make iced coffees too. I have always used a cafetiere and stove top bialetti type. Any recommendations? Thanks!

De Longhi are a good make. Mine's an obsolete model but it's lasted a few years and is used every day.
Coffee grounds can be put on the garden or in your house plant pots, or mixed with oil and coarse salt or sugar to make a skin exfoliator to be used before having a shower. One life - your life - live it!1 -
Another vote for De Longhi. Our first machine lasted about 10 years and replaced it with a similar model about a year ago.

Following as we're also looking for a bean to cup machine. We're looking at DeLonghi as friends have great things to say about them, including that they often get discounted in the sales. As it's not urgent, I'm hoping they'll pop up in the Black Friday sales!1

My machine is a De Longhi Magnifica. Took a while to find beans that both DH and I like and now buy them from Ama*on; we like Lavazza Creme E Aroma in the blue pack. It's not the cheapest but as I said something that we both like.

Thanks all. I found a refurbed Dinamica on Ebay that I think I will get
I hope the manufacturer gaurantee will still cover it. I did buy a Jura but took it back, it didn't work perfectly enough to just5ify the price.
