Update: it was judged as an invalid contract due to my lack of capacity to contract at that time. I didn’t have a lawyer I just told the truth and I guess the truth is the main winning factor.
What are you going to do now? Start a fresh set of legal proceedings against your employer?

Is there something wrong with you? What I do next is none of your business.
Know what, I came on here to ask a question and hoped for some support on how potentially I could improve my outcome. All I got was "never gonna happen", "drop it" and the like.
But you were all wrong, weren't you?

Thanks for all of your support though :-/

By a judge? Please don't comment unless you have something sensible to say.

    I very much doubt it!

You come in here and you selectively drip feed half the information, then act like people are being rude when people provide you with correct information on the legal position or ask you to clarify the facts!

I'm not quite sure on what basis you think your COT3 has been set aside and what you plan to do next in terms of re-opening the old legal proceedings (that apparently you found too stressful to deal with). Without that information it is pointless commenting.

I sincerely hope that you do not end up getting ordered to pay your employer thousands of pounds in legal costs. It feels like that might be the way this might be going. You should be very careful with this.

From Bob's contributions to other threads, it appears that's exactly what he intends to do.

He reads the first post, ignores the comments, then encourages the OP to pursue things, because we were wrong, weren't we?

Are you on a mission with your posts on this and other threads to be intentionally aggressive and derogatory?
  • (Most of) you didn’t listen to me, now you don’t believe me. What was even the point of starting all this? I’ve seen other posts which are shot down in flames by the community when in fact there is something there.
  • @Thrugelmir - you can hardly say that when your signature says: “ "“Smile. It will either warm their heart or p*** them off. Either way, you win.”
