Has anyone else experienced their Nectar cards being deactivated by Sainsburys? Just been swindled out of hundreds of pounds worth if points because they deactivated my card claiming lack of use, yet I have used it at least monthly. I had to switch to online shopping due to Covid, my card was linked, but apparently they had deactivated it. No notice, no apology, nothing online when shopping to tell you. Am furious.

Ring them up and ask why, or email them.

Have you complained? As in via their complaints procedure? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Hopefully you can find a receipt from just before this happened to evidence the hundreds of pounds that was on your card. That would be really useful in your formal complaint.0
