    I'm sure someone has but the odds on finding them here would be low.
    Successfully doing it would narrow the odds further.
    Remember that just because you may not understand why they did it or were surprised that it existed doesn't mean that it was mis-sold and obviously without the relatives alive to fill in the details you may have a hard time countering the trail of documents and independent advice that they most likely received at the time.
    If you want further opinions you may want to set out why you believe it may have been a case of mis-selling.

    Yes they have.  The complaints stats verify that people are making complaints.    

    However, the uphold rate is not high.   Partly as modern equity release cases involve a solicitor who points out all the risks and makes sure that the borrower understands what they are doing and the consequences.     This is partly to protect the borrowers from doing something wrong and also to protect the seller/providers of equity release from spurious complaints from family members later on who find out they are not going to inherit as much as they thought.

    Without detail on why you think it was missold, it is really difficult to comment further.
