Ask your current lender what they can offer first and then you can compare with the rest of the market

You can start the re-mortgage process now with quite a few lenders, and they will issue an offer letter valid long enough to cover you until March.

YOu will not complete the re-mortgage however, until your current deal has finished and any early repayment charges have expired.

If rates change you can then cancel this application and move onto a better deal elsewhere.

You have to be careful with this in terms of fees, and paying anything upfront, so you might want to talk to a professional to find a lender who can issue an offer letter that is valid for long enough, and also expalin how to deal with the fees.
