TSB Mortgage stipulates "no business use"

I am just wondering if anyone is familiar with a new mortgage that stipulates "no business use".
Me and my partner have just moved house and are on a 2 year fixed rate TSB mortgage, during the application process it stated that there must be no business use. I was just wondering how strict this actually is, and has anyone been in a similar sort of situation. I am full time employed but on the side I also have a hobby of repairing electronic devices, I was previously registered as self employed at my old property as I do get frequent work and like to declare it, but will I be able to continue doing this at my new property or not?
I have asked my mortgage advisor who believes that the "no business use" stipulation is more for someone who buys a property and runs a full blown business out of the house like a shop etc where customers will frequently be in and out of the property on a daily/hourly basis. As the type of business I do is more collect and return with the occasional customers dropping devices off at my doorstep but not actually entering the property I should be fine. But I would like advice from someone else who has been in this situation, or is it worth calling TSB and asking them or would it affect my mortgage if I mention it? If possible I would love to continue doing it as it's an extra bit of income and I will need it more than ever in the next few months as I am potentially being put onto a lower hours contract at my full time job due to lack of work

If the "business" is very much ancillary to the use as a house I doubt the lender will be at all bothered. Many of us have of course been making "business use" of our spare rooms or kitchen tables since March. What they don't want is a change of use to the extent that e.g. it would need planning permission.0
