Pension Performance & Charges Questions

It is not clear how much of that 0.95% charge is going to Goddard Perry ?
If it is only small amount , say 0.1% then it is maybe some kind of trailing commission from when the pension was set up . This has stopped nowadays but maybe still some historical ones. This would explain why you have no input from them .
Normally the minimum a financial advisor would charge for a full service , regular reviews etc would be 0.5% and often more.

If the pension was arranged after 1st Jan 2013 and they have been taking an ongoing fee then you should be asking for that to be refunded due to no ongoing servicing being provided. Pre 2013 is a different matter as there was commission back then and it was possible for the providers to either pay it up front in one go or on drip instead. They were not required to provide ongoing servicing if they took it on drip unless they said they would provide it.T3C_UK said:It looks like we fell off their radar until about a month ago
