On-Line Allergy test

Has anyone bought bought a intolerance test on line
did they work?
Any recommendations?
I have been diagnosed Coeliac but even cutting out the gluten and following the guidelines strictly I still have “bad days” With what’s going on in the world it’s impossible to get referral from your Dr  to see a specialist so was considering buying a test.

The Ig-G tests are ... unreliable, to say the least.

"The presence of IgG is likely a normal response of the immune system to exposure to food. In fact, higher levels of IgG4 to foods may simply be associated with tolerance to those foods." https://www.aaaai.org/conditions-and-treatments/library/allergy-library/IgG-food-test

There are people who change their diets according to the results and do feel better, but that is very often because they've had to overhaul their diet to cut out processed foods and eat just generally healthier anyway.

The most reliable way to determine intolerances is to try eliminating a suspected food completely then gradually reintroduce it to see what happens. Ideally this needs to be with professional guidance, and if not then you need to do your research and make sure any elimination diet still includes all the nutrition you need.

Are you keeping a full food diary?  Are you sure you haven't got any hidden gluten in your diet?  Do you know about the problems of digesting milk with a coeliac damaged small intestine?
I did take an IgG test several years back and felt I benefited from it as for me it worked as a way to shortcut a full elimination test and my intolerances have been confirmed by accidentally being fed them. I discovered afterwards I could have had a much cheaper shortcut of asking around the family as everything I have to be careful with at least two of my relatives already knew were a problem empirically.
