Hi, i have quite a complicated situation and wondered if anyone could provide advice.
I currently have a mortgage with my brother in all. I am on there as my sister was not able to so I helped them out. I don't live in the house and don't contribute to mortgage as that is covered by them. I now want to get a mortgage of my own I have 135,000 deposit. Will I be able to get a second mortgage for around 40,000?

Nothing complicated. The fact that you have an existing mortgage commitment will be factored into the affordability assessment.0
