2nd Job Temp agency

Hi
My wife and I are hoping to move house. She is employed and I am self employed. I also have a relatively new 2nd job (22k) which actually pays more than my self employed income (18k)
The issue is that my 2nd job is with an employment agency and my role is a temporary on going assignment for NHS which doesn’t look to be ending any time soon.
My question is would the mortgage company take this 2nd income into consideration (22k a year) or at least a % of it? I’ve been in the same role since April.

as it is not contracted it may not been seen as permanent by the lender. You need a broker to look at your circumstances and find you a decent lender who may accept you based on the above."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Generally for non permanent jobs it is 12 months0

As it stands, without counting the 2nd job, we can get a ltv 80% but that wouldn’t leave us much cash left over if any. I was thinking they’d maybe take the extra income into consideration to loan us up to 85% so we’d have cash left over for works.
