Phone number in roboform - not filling

I thought I had posted this before but can’t immediately see it.

basically the comp phone number I have in roboform NEVER fills, not on my iPad or the pc...
any ideas as to why that might be and how to rectify it please?

Have you edited your personal info page, my phone number is on the 'person' page, top line of phone number options, not on home phone or work phone etc. titles.

Just looking on the iOS app and yes all three of phone, home and cell have the phone number in. Will check on pc when I’m home later but would imagine the same
