I want to buy an epilator, and I have looked at some Epilators for Women. But I am confused between Braun and Philips, can someone give me some personal experience of both brands so that I can make my choice.

I am a fan of Braun products but honestly, I never tried their epilator. In my opinion, electric razor is better than epilator because it is less painful. If you want for external body parts then try laser. Yes, the laser is the best to remove hairs especially if you want for lower legs then hairs growth would be very slow. Mayhap, they would regrow within 3 to 6 months.0

I have both
My Phillips is now near 20 years old so really old in the terms of technology. My Braun is 5 or 6 years old
I prefer my Phillips but my Braun is more user friendly - has a light, more caps for smaller areas, but the Phillips does a better job
Thing is, they are now pretty cheap, coming to disposable item pricing, I think you can buy a basic one for as little as £20 now. So Id advise buying a basic one, see how you get on. I use an epilator on all my hair other then under arm - and I mean all hair, some people cant manage even the legs no matter what brand0 -
I tried several, Phillips is the best for me and the simplest, but very effective, even without unnecessary attachments. I plan to buy the same. hurts a little, but i buy an anesthetic cream.

Thanks, everyone for their valuable thoughts. Really appreciate that but I have ordered Braun Silk Epil 9-980. I chose this because it includes many accessories like a bikini epilator with it as well.0
