Hey guys!
whats everyone experience on their official mortgage offer being similar to their AIP. Our mortgage broker has just submitted our application so hoping to hear back from them in the coming weeks, after having nothing but trouble with Barclays.
Im currently on Flexi - Fiurlougn working 4 days instead of 5 until November where I intend to go back full time.
just wanted to know if anyone has applied for NatWest mortgage while on flexi furlough and had the AIP been much lower?

We had an AIP from Natwest and their offer came down by 20K on full application - our broker is now having to appeal this. Apparently it is because the data on our credit file is very out of date (3-4 months) but they did a hard check for the AIP so it's a bit confusing!£2012 in 2012 Challenge #232 : £561.29/£20120

I have never known the AIP to differ from full application and we use natwest a lot.
The AIP is a full credit check, so there is no reason for it to change AFTER the aip has been carried out unless your circumstances chance. Even in the case where the credit report is out dated, this would have been picked up at AIP stage not after?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
