DW sports take over

After take over of DW sports I’ve been told by Everlast gyms that i have automatically been enrolled to them at a higher monthly rate. My contract wasn’t with them and I have emailed various times all ignored. I had email today to say they didn’t get money as I stopped direct debit. What should I do?
