Remortgaging with new provider - TSB or Santander - recent experiences?

Hi folks,
Sorry I know there's a Santander timeline thread.
But I guess part of my question is what's the setup online like for Santander and TSB. Ie does anyone have experience of either not working very well? Or stuff needing to be done by post?
Any good/bad experiences?
What are remortgage timelines like atm? That sort of thing. Sorry it's a bit vague.
