Professional transcription services/companies

I was recently made redundant and am 18 months from retirement. For the last 20 years I've been an audio legal secretary for a small immigration law firm. I am interested in picking up typing at home from firms who offer transcription services and wondered if anyone has current experience/knowledge of this area of employment since Covid showed its face back in March? I've been led to believe that the demand is not there like before and it's nigh on impossible to find work this way now. I would be very grateful for any advice. Thank you very much. Stay safe.

Perhaps create an advert and target law firms, not just immigration ones though. What about medical transcribing? For the doctors who do private work?

How about creating an account on fiverr.com, which is specifically for freelancers. I believe there are transcribers on there too. You have something huge to sell: lots of experience.0
