Hello. I am on a zero hrs contract and during the holiday year I have worked 972hrs. My employer paid me 60hrs holiday pay.
I think it should be around 117 hrs.
Before I approach my employer does anyone believe 60hrs pay is correct? Thank you.

The formula can be taken to 3 decimal places - 12.069%. Even that reaches 117.31 hours and holiday entitlement cannot be rounded down.3
