Adverse credit Remortgage

I have 2 charges on my property and I want to consolidate the 2 to lower my outgoings. However because my credit rating is poor as is my wife's no lenders want to touch us with a barge pole. However the longer this goes on the more losing the house 8s becoming a realistic outcome. I've spoken to my current mortgage provider, who still haven't taken my ex wife off the mortgage, are obviously reluctant to help and I'm running out of options. Any help or advice would be welcomed.

Speak with a good broker to see what your options are.
Ignore the credit score and rating as it's the credit history lenders see and use.
With my bad credit history I used @ACGMortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0
