Grievance being delayed and tribunal
Comments
-
When claims go to an employment tribunal and they fail it comes up as 'not well founded'.
Do you have any evidence? For example you wrote down the DATE and TIME when the 'bullying' occurred?
Also it is not worth putting in grievances these days as there is high unemployment due to the pandemic.
Have u tried ignoring the clowns bullying you. Just keep the conversation work related, nothing more nothing less.
If they still continue to pick on you and verbally abuse you, record them.
An example you could look at in unfair treatment at work is:
See recent case of taylor vs jaguar land rover
This was about an worker who was bullied because they identified as non binary.
Not saying you are non binary but you need FACTUAL EVIDENCE.
People have work problems all the time and believe me even doctors and lawyers get treated unfairly by their own managers.
In regards to your mental health- try silvercloud it can be used as a diary and can help with your depression.
There are a**holes in every work organisation.
Sometimes you may not like the cards dealt to you but overtime you might start to think otherwise.
