Hi! We've reserved a new house-built but if the construction of house will be finished in March 2021 but won't be legally completed until April 2021, will we be charged for the stamp duty even though we paid for the full reservation fee?
Thanks!

Probably has to be at least minimum signed off by NHBC but don’t get why your reservation fee comes into it. As you would pay that even if you was paying stamp duty0

The relevant date is when you complete the purchase. When they finished building it is irrelevant.0
