My postmaster told me that the 1stLarge are the right postage for Europe and TBH I've never had an issue using them for Germany - they get there ok“the princess jumped from the tower & she learned that she could fly all along. she never needed those wings.”

Is it just me or is anyone else's head swimming with all this "you have to have the letter to the exact size/weight" - What happened to just posting a letter?
No wonder lots of people don't send letters any more and stick to emails/etc.
Yea, you can use the stamps. My mum got a letter and the postage was 1p under so she had to pay £1.01 (£1 handling fee) to have it 'released', so make sure you make it up
