Hi,
Can somebody explain compensatory rest? Is this included in my rota days off or on top of days off?

Can be in the days off if sufficient time but there are some rules about not overlappoing eg you cant run 24hr nreak and the 11 gap between shift concurrently.
There are ruled that cover shift work which exempt some rest periods..
Which rest periods are you not getting and do they fall into the exemptions or compensatory0
