wages not paid into my account

I need help!!! my employer has stated that they have paid my wages, however they have not gone into my account and my bank have said there is nothing pending, my employer is adamant its left their account it cant be recalled but they are saying they wont re-issue any cash until this is found can they do this for 1 and what can i do about it

First thing to do is confirm the account details they have used.

i have confirmed these and they are defiantly my account details, i have been paid completely fine every other month

You and they both need to call your respective banks and track down where the funds are.

so got to the bottom of it and it turns out that even though they were adamant they had paid me, they had allocated my wages to someone else and not me at all, this is after checking my account details 3 different times, so i will now have the funds today

At least it's sorted.  The question they need to address is how it happened when you have been paid correctly for so long.
