Four weekly pay

hi I hi I am hoping someone can help I am paid four weekly but my payday is the last day of every month so this month pay is calculated from the 14 sept for 4 weeks then it’s paid on the 31st October but 4x12=48 and not 52 so should it be 13 payments and not 12 can someone please explain I have asked my manager to be told it’s my adding up thankyou

It depends on how many hours that I do in the four week period which changes on a daily basis as I am a carer

And the timesheets are always for for week period? As in 4 blocks of Monday - Sundays?

If you are paid for 4 week blocks of work the pay date should not be the same every month.  You should have 13 pay days per year.  Something is not right somewhere.

10-16 aug 17-30 aug 31 aug -6 sept 7- 13 sept

Ask the pay office. They would have to do a catch up month or it's going to get further and further behind. It's likely that they do catch up in December. Just make sure you check your payslip.
