No way out of debt

Please help, I am feeling really really lost and overwhelmed.
I made some really bad mistakes 6/7 years ago and I’m in such a mess as I buried my head about it.
I have around £22,000 in unsecured debts, all with defaults.
I earn £1200 a month and have a spare £37 a month after I’ve paid for my basics such as bills, childcare and food.
I have approached advice services for help, been told my debt is too high for a DRO, I can’t afford bankruptcy, I don’t have enough to offer for an IVA, I don’t have enough to offer for a DMP. If I leave this any longer they will start issuing warrants of control. Surely I must be missing something, how do I get on top of this?
