Mortgage broker used wrong valuation

We recently realised our broker used an incorrect (£125k too low) valuation for our mortgage. We did tell him the new valuation which was due to an extension. We stupidly didn’t double check this and are wondering what to do.
We have 2 yr fixed from June this year so would be looking at 5k early repayment. I haven’t done the calculations but suspect it would be worth it over time. But is there any other option? Haven’t spoken to the bank yet, just want some ideas.
