Does anyone know Natwest's post valuation query timescale?
My buyer's solicitor raised the subject of the ground rent doubling every 25 years to Natwest (post-offer) on the 15th Sept and we still are waiting for any news, 2 weeks and 2 days on. Anyone else been through this knows how long these sorts of enquires are taking? Apparently it goes to a valuer ultimately to make the judgement call
