    For goodness sake don't do this! You would be hiding income from the Official Receiver and there are serious consequences to this.

    Could your parents pay the money to your partner?
    Or are you both needing insolvency help?
  • I wouldn't hide anything at all. There is no reason for it not to be paid to me as I have no intention of hiding it. I will fully disclose it to the official receiver. My worry was just them contacting them to confirm what it is for as they are quite sick so I don't want them worrying about my mess.
