The mortgage market in France seems to have really tightened up. We were offered an agreement at 85% LTV on a loan of 90,000 euro that has now been withdrawn. Brokers that I've found won't touch this as it's such a small (for them) amount of mortgage. Does anyone know any French mortgage providers that do "small" mortgages at good rates.
