Mortgage before H2B

I’ve come into some inheritance. Can you pay your mortgage off in full before your help to buy.
The money received would be enough to pay off Mortgage but not the H2B but would save thousands in interest.
They’re separate loans essentially but I’m not sure if you have to pay H2B first?
Can anyone shed light?

mortgage and HTB may have early repayment charges, what does it say in your Terms and conditions, I can't read it from here"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

You must repay HTB first. You will not be permitted to promote the equity loan to a first charge by redeeming the mortgage.I am a mortgage broker.
