hello I wonder anyone here can offer some advice. Our application with barclays is now on its final stage. Reporr is with the underwriter and they are waiting for the final checks team to do all their checks. We were told by brokers that our case is randomly selected for audit they are doing more check than they would. 

Now can someone here tell me what exactly will they be checking now of we have passed all the other checks and how long more to go roughly judging by the stage they are at?

A small percentage are chosen for a random audit. It is checking the underwriters work rather than you. It is possible you may be asked some further questions if they feel the underwriter has missed something
