Odd subject but setting up chromecast

Wanting to set it up in a car for kids 

google home can find it try set it up  turn my iPhone into wifi hotspot but chromecast won’t connect 


I tried using another iPhone thst was connected to the my iPhones wifi hotspot but it’s not going to plan

can intone kindly give me some pointers?

Chromecast app is what you use on the phone .

No why? Just carried out reset

I was just thinking if you were to connec the Chromecast to a tv you might be able to see what the problem is.
