Mistake on valuation

Hoping for some advice, we have received our mortgage offer (yay!) and in this pack was our valuation report which was done in person. However, the report has some descriptive errors, but the correct address and asking price. The property is a 2 bed flat in a 3 floor building with 6 units and on the report it's described as a 6 floor building with 25 units. Feels like a silly question now it's written down but do we need to flag this to our lender/solicitor? Haven't used a broker so would be going direct. Realistically if this does need to be flagged, would this have an impact on the mortgage we have been offered? Or will it just be admin?
Thanks for any help!

Unless it prompts the surveyor to realise that they actually went to the wrong flat (I presume they didn't!), I doubt it will change the valuation or lending decision - but it might be safer to flag it up now rather than risk e.g. your solicitor suddenly spotting it at the last minute and holding things up.0
