Hello
i am considering applying for a Debt Relief Order after speaking to Business Debt Line but they said I first need to find out if my landlord Hyde Housing has an insolvency clause in my tenancy agreement?
Because I did a home swap I wasn’t given a tenancy agreement I called them but the lady I spoke to didn’t know whether there was an insolvency clause or not?
could anyone give me any advice on how I could find out this information please.
Thank you
Nicola

Getting this moved to the Debt Forum would be a good start.

Hi,Why were you speaking to buisness debtline ?A DRO is for an individual, not a buisness, what is your current housing status, if you rent, you must have a tenency agreement, if you own a home, you do not qualify for a DRO.Which is it ?After a quick look on their website, i`m non the wiser, you should write and ask officially.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
