Hello
i am considering applying for a Debt Relief Order after speaking to Business Debt Line but they said I first need to find out if my landlord Hyde Housing has an insolvency clause in my tenancy agreement?
Because I did a home swap I wasn’t given a tenancy agreement I called them but the lady I spoke to didn’t know whether there was an insolvency clause or not?
could anyone give me any advice on how I could find out this information please.
Thank you
Nicola
