Do you know the latest Which? Fridge-Freezer Best Buys please?

Hello

My Fridge-Freezer has stopped working entirely now.
I've been hanging my reduced-to-clear food on the front door knob overnight to keep it cool... 🙄   Which isn't a long term solution.
Bit strapped, as am one of those Excluded from all govt support due to caring at the wrong time (2016-2019), and have not earned all year - January and February being traditionally quiet times in my industry.

Anyone have access to Which? and could let me know the latest Best Buys for Fridge Freezers, please?

The link to the correct Which? page is here, I think.
Thanks very much.

    Hi Badger
I hadn't thought about a budget.  It's going to be tough whatever I go for, tbh.  Though have prepared a grant application for Turn2Us.  I wanted to see what the best buys were generally - there's normally about 5 or 6, iirc?

Believe it or not, but rather than 5 or 6, there are 138 Which? Best Buys :o

Assume you’re working to a tight budget so here are the top 5 best buys £400 or below (target/typical price) The 'best' FF gets 90% but costs £969. One costs £2499!!

Fridgemaster MS83430FFS: 83% £399 (American style also in Black)

    Hoover HHN56182WK: 83% £379 (Energy Saver)

    Samsung RB29FWJNDSA: 82% £400 (Energy Saver)

    Hisense RB412N4AI1: 81% £329

    Hisense RB406N4AW1: 80% £368

    Eep, I had no idea, that's quite a lot, isn't it! 😳

I am, yes.  Just out of interest, what was down as the Best Buy at £969 (not that I can afford it...)

Yes, though I hope even if there's a New Kid On The Block, that the previous BB won't suddenly have morphed into a terrible machine... 😳

No problem BB is  LG GBB92STAXP @ £969

FWIW, the budget end of the market (BBs) is dominated by Hisense & Fridgemaster.

I'm quite taken with the Fridgemaster American style myself. need to wait to see 1) if we actually complete on the house we're buying and 2) if it will fit!

    Good luck with your search
