Adding LBTT to mortgage

In 2020, is it possible to add some or all of the LBTT (Scotland's equivalent of SDLT) to a mortgage? Are there any specific lenders who will accommodate this?
And if so, is it ever a good idea?
The charge on a £900,000 property is approx. £65k, meaning having saved up a hefty 25% deposit, the charge puts buying out of reach again, so am interested in the options available.

only way you can do this is by borrowing more and using your deposit to pay the LBTT. Take £65k off your deposit and youve got £160k left which is a ltv of 82%. This will probably give you a less attractive interest rate so thats the downside.1
