Does Theta Healing heal depression?

One of my bestfriend recently opened up to me about depression. She’s currently surrounded with positive people, but she still feels depressed. I would like her to try Theta Healing sessions online. I am a huge follower of this healing technique because I myself noticed that life got simpler and easier to manage when I had my very first session. However, I’m not really sure if it can really cure depression. I’m also thinking of Access Bars, but I don’t know which is better. Does anyone have suggestions?  Thanks!

Absolutely no scientific proof it does anything.

Listed on Wikipedia as "pseudo science "

Access bars is also another unproven "pseudo science" according to Wikipedia.

So neither of the 2 have any scientific proof that that actually do anything

She needs to see a GP and get medical help. Depression is a serious condition. While some feelings may be easy to deal with through meditation etc.  , you aren't helping your friend by suggesting these things as remedies.

    I agree with everybody else.
Your friend is seriously unwell and her illness is likely to become much more severe the longer she goes without any medical help. Please do offer to help her contact her GP to begin getting the specialised help and support that she badly needs.
That would be the action of a loving friend in need who would be a friend indeed.

Wishing you both good health and happiness, goldfinches.

. A host of legends surround this, one of the loveliest of seafoods, except when overcooked. My favourite true story concerns the young lady scallop preparation worker, interviewed by the 'New Yorker' Magazine. When asked for her honest opinion of the shellfish she said "They don't have much personality".
