Hi all,
Does anyone have a idea of the timeline for Halifax in Scotland, I went through a MB and full application was submitted on Monday with a hard search on my credit file on Tuesday morning.

I don't know if it's different in Scotland but Halifax were really good for me. There was a 2 week wait for a valuation. Once we had our valuation, we had an offer 4 days after valuation!
(As positive as the above sounds...currently on week 5 waiting for my buyers mortgage to go through with Nationwide 😟)0
