Does anyone know where I can get replacement heads for one of these?

I've only seen one Amazon Marketplace seller offering them for more than the price of buying the whole toothbrush again.

    From the information section of your link:
    Replaceable Head and Batteries included. Further Replacement Heads cannot be purchased.

    So you do have to buy the whole toothbrush again - seems very wasteful to me.

    It's not the greatest brush either. The heads are a bit big - and no brush is good at interdental cleaning - despite what they say. Brush wise, a decent Oral B, bought on a half-price offer for £25-30 (Which they're normally always on in one outlet or another) is as good a toothbrush as you can get. And then spend time faffing a bit with some sort of decent interdental aid like Tepes or Clean Betweens.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.
