Getting a FTB mortgage with historic overdraft
Comments
-
My partner ended up in his overdraft due to making credit card payments which swallowed around £500 each month. They’ve been paid off now along with his overdraft. I’m hoping beyond all hope that they’ll see that’s the reason for him being so much in his overdraft and now they’ve been paid off, it won’t happen again.Densol said:my overdrafts have never been reported to credit agencies
Im usually always in and out of overdraft as I dont keep much money in my current account
In the last year I received offers from Nationwide ( main mortgage ) and Santander BTL - neither were an issue.Overdraft are a way of managing money when necessary0
