Partial retirement

  • Have a look at the Partial Retirement booklet on the CS Pensions website. In my opinion it is very good and covers this very clearly. The only thing I can think might be a bit unusual is that you are planning on working till you are 70. The guide doesn't mention any issues with this but probably best to check with MyCSP. Email probably the best option; in mine and colleagues experience the phone lines are ok for the basics but the staff on the phones don't appear particularly well trained when it comes to more unusual questions. I assume the staff who deal with email queries may be the ones with plenty of experience who worked there before it was privatised.
  • Thank you german_keeper.  I raised my query because the partial retirement guide refers to additional benefits on full retirement.  I was not expecting any!
  • Thank you JIL. I will do.
