Reinstated after unfair dismissal

It’s been 6 year since the unfair dismissal and reinstated but my pay and pension of the missed 21 months of the dismissal hasn’t been sorted.
It’s gone to armed forces ombudsman they just ruled my pension is fine because serving at higher rank now and therefore the 21 months missing don't matter. The pension is higher and the gap is filled??????
