Pork Mince Tacos

I try and make my girls eat something new each week, or something a bit different.
I've said I'm going to make pork mince tacos. I have some spice mix left over from the last time I made them as we can't handle too much spice, but I usually use chicken breast or beef mince.
Will it taste okay using pork mince? And is there anything I can use to make it a bit more saucy as I remember thinking it was a bit dry with just spice mix in there?
Planning on serving it with taco chips (or tortillas or pittas which are in the freezer) and whatever salad I can find in the house.

I don't see a problem with using pork mince. What about adding guacamole, salsa or something like a garlic dip to make it more moistLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin3

That's a good point. I think I have garlic mayo in the fridge. I can put that on the side.
Like the idea of guacamole. Might have a look to see if I have in the house what it takes to make it.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

I usually use Turkey mince nowadays, no matter what it is, be it lasagne, bolognese , or even a keema curry
The meat, will take the flavourings no problem2
